Former Chief Secretary of Uttar Pradesh and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Mr. Alok Ranjan brings over four decades of leadership experience at the highest levels of public administration. As the administrative head of India’s most populous state, home to over 200 million citizens, he led governance systems operating at a scale larger than most countries, coordinating complex institutions, driving reforms, and delivering results in highly demanding environments.
